I have been working with Nick for almost 3 months now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and experience. Nick is extremely encouraging and pushes me to achieve the goals we have set. He listened and understood what I wanted to accomplish in my workouts. Good money/time spent with his expertise and interest in my well-being. We were able to work through the aches and pains of my minor injury in a manner that enabled me to continue my workouts and still gain strength in a safe and effective way.
Nick is very personable, knowledgeable and a very professional person and trainer. I would definitely recommend Nick; he is the best trainer around! The Baddest for sure!
I’ve worked with a few personal trainers over the years and while I have some great things to say about those I’ve used prior to Nick, I must say Nick exceeds their skill and professionalism by leaps and bounds. If you’re looking to chat about the hockey game or your party weekend, Nick is the wrong trainer for you. He packs every second of our sessions with no-nonsense highly-skilled instruction and a hardcore workout. I typically train in pairs and our 60 minutes is used with absolute efficiency. We get a fantastic, challenging fast-paced and motivating workout packed with instruction, guidance, innovation and support. He’s made me not only enjoy the training sessions but has added great value to when I train on my own as my form and efficiency is up 10 fold and the results have been incredible and noticed by not only myself but those around me!
I have been training with Nick, in a small group session, for over a year. Nick is knowledgeable, personable and motivating. He runs an incredibly professional gym. Nick takes into account my strengths and injuries and tailors every workout to my individual needs. I always leave his sessions feeling energized! I look forward to my weekly session with Nick!
I started training with Nick five months ago from the recommendation of my chiropractor for my Stage 1 L5 spondylolisthesis injury. I was so impressed with the knowledge and care that Nick provides in our sessions. Nick plans each of my sessions with a purpose to strengthen everything around the injury. This takes pressure off of the muscles and tissues that are sore and overworked. Nick does not shy away from the fact that I am limited in exercises that I can do. He modifies each exercise so I can do it, and listens to and encourages my feedback. Nick is available, it seems like, all day. He keeps in contact with me to monitor my back after each workout. If I have questions he gets back to me within 24 hours. I have never met someone more professional and passionate about his work and his clients.
Fast forward to now, my back pain has decreased 70%. I have lost 10 pounds, and I have gained so much muscle that I have been receiving compliments left and right. The gym used to be very intimidating for me. I never knew what to do, and exercising was a chore. Now I really look forward to my sessions, Nick makes them fun and challenging. My results have been amazing, and I will continue to train with him to accomplish all of my goals.
