Forever Fit Performance wasn’t built from a business plan it was built from passion, experience, and a relentless pursuit of self-improvement.
I never had any ambitions of working in the fitness industry. At 15 years old, I picked up The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding by Arnold Schwarzenegger and read it front to back three times. I didn’t just read it, I studied it. I learned the theory behind training, nutrition, and progression… and then I went into the gym and applied it.
I was fortunate enough to land in a dirty, dark, old-school gym filled with experienced bodybuilders who took me under their wing. These weren’t textbook coaches, they were real lifters who lived the lifestyle. They taught me how to train hard, eat properly, and most importantly, how to be consistent. That environment shaped everything.
By the time I was 17, people in the gym started asking me for advice. Soon after, they started offering to pay me to train them. That’s when I realized this wasn’t just a hobby, it was a calling.
