60-Minute Private Training

This is our most comprehensive and results-driven coaching option. Each 60-minute session is fully customized to your individual goals, whether that’s building muscle, losing fat, or improving overall performance.

You’ll receive hands-on coaching, detailed instruction, and structured progression from start to finish. This option allows us to dive deeper into technique, intensity, and volume to maximize your results.

Sessions are conducted at Thunder & Lightning Athletic Club, 427 Granville Street, Vancouver a serious, well-equipped training facility built for performance.

Train Together

Partner Training

Partner training allows two people to train together under the guidance of one coach. You share the session and the cost without sacrificing the quality of personalized coaching.

Both partners receive individualized attention throughout the session. Programs are tailored to each person’s goals and ability level, making this an effective option for couples, friends, or colleagues who want to train together.

Partner training also adds an element of accountability and healthy competition that many clients find highly motivating.
