ASPIRING TO BECOME MORE ALPHA

In my opinion there is nothing more attractive than someone who is confident in themselves and knows what they want out of life. As I become older, I find myself being drawn more and more towards people who are powerful and who are successful within their own lives. These are the types of people that motivate me on a business level and who inspire me on a personal level.

I don’t respect incompetence. I can’t relate to laziness. And I have no patience for time wasters. Therefore I always try my best to maintain a distance from people who possess these characteristics, as I know the toxicity that they omit will only hold me back from achieving and maintaining true Alpha Status.

What’s Considered To Be Alpha?

Whenever I think of the word Alpha, I immediately think of someone who is assertive, shows leadership, has empathy towards others, and knows his or her’s self-worth. Alpha Males and Alpha Females don’t gossip and they don’t talk poorly about others behind their backs. They are not afraid to admit when they are wrong, nor do they worry about looking weak when they are sad and/or show their emotions. True Alphas also don’t need to brag on Social Media about their luxury cars, fancy clothes, or amazing physiques.

Alpha Males and Females, don’t ask for respect. They simply demand that respect by showcasing the personality traits listed above on a daily basis with ease. And most importantly, people who are true Alpha, always own their shit and never make excuses.

How Can I Become More Alpha?

When I was young, I used to care so much about what people thought of me. Like most young people, I had (and still have) my insecurities. When I first started my career as a Personal Trainer, I would do anything and everything I possibly could to appease clients so that they would like me. However I eventually stopped trying to appease people once I realized that I didn’t like the person that I was becoming. Unfortunately it took me a few years to learn my own self-worth and to become more confident and comfortable with who I am. But once I began to work on refining my personality and improving upon my own skillsets, more and more opportunities began to present themselves right in front of my very own eyes.

How Can I Not Become a Weak Ass Bitch?

I loathe Weak Ass Bitches with a passion. These are the people that talk shit about everyone. They are usually quite negative and pessimistic about life in general. They take all the credit for any successes that they have achieved in life, and pass all the blame onto others for any of their failures. Their lack of compassion and empathy towards their fellow man/woman is relentless. These are the people of whom reek of insecurity and self-doubt.

If you want to refrain from becoming a Weak Ass Bitch, than I strongly advise you to not be so negative or pessimistic about life. Always give credit where credit is due. And instead of constantly putting others down, lift them up with your encouragement, your guidance, and your motivation.

Do I Consider Myself Alpha?

Fuck Yeah I Do! I know what I want and I go after it. I no longer worry about what others think of me, however at the same time I always make sure to remain respectful to those around me. I feed off helping people improve the quality of their lives not because it’s my job, but because it’s my passion. I don’t worry about money, because I know that I will always have the drive to go out and make it. As for my insecurities? Trust me, I still have plenty. The only difference though is now I don’t let these insecurities consume me.

So now that we’ve covered what true Alpha Status is, I just have one question for you:

Are You Alpha?

Yours in Good Health,
