Despite what many so-called "Fitness Experts" will try to sell/tell you, there really is no secret to burning fat and building muscle. Read onEveryone is entitled to their own thoughts and opinions. We're not always going to see eye to eye on something or agree on a certain subject. And this is a good thing. I've always believed that it's important to stay true to what you believe in. However I also believe that it's just as important to remain open minded and willing to listen and respect other peoples' own feelings and point of views.
The emergence of social media has allowed people world wide to share and spread their thoughts, opinions and beliefs for the past decade plus. As technology continues to evolve more and more people are becoming further advanced with using these social networking platforms. This ofcourse has created an increase of information (both good and bad) to be released into the cyber world.
But unfortunately with the good, usually comes that bad. And in the case of social media, with as much useful information that is released on a daily basis, there is just as much misinformation released along with it. It's been 6 months since I consumed the standard 6 small meals in one day.

It's been 5 years since I had a "Protein Shake"
It's been 10 years since I took more then two days off in a row from working.
It's been 30 years since I got more then 6 hours of sleep in one night.
I don't count calories when I'm dieting.
I won't try to fit junk food into my daily "macros" because I can.
I've never consumed an organic piece of food in my life.
And you know why? Because my body doesn't need me to.
One of the most common questions that I receive from clients on a regular basis is how much cardio should they do in order to lose weight. To be honest, there is no set magical amount of time of cardiovascular exercise that a person should do to burn body fat, as this will depend on each individual. There are however a few tips and tricks that I try to teach our clients to implement into their overall training programs that will enable them to get the most out of their cardiovascular workouts.
