The day my brother-in-law introduced me to Nick was the day my life changed. I had lost some weight before meeting with Nick but I had hit a plateau. I was only doing cardiovascular exercises for my continued weight loss but the weight wasn’t coming off anymore. Within a couple of months, Nick had me doing different exercises with and without weight, shocking my body whenever he could and in no time I lost 5 pounds, breaking that barrier. I have been with him for only four and a half months and have lost a total of 9 pounds. Not only did I lose the weight but my body has been reshaped and defined. I have been working out with Nick for twelve years now. When I first went to see him, I had not been to a gym in years and had gained substantial weight (60lbs) after having two children. I was having ongoing issues with my lower back from being overweight and out of shape. I started going once a week for one-on-one training sessions. I started to notice a difference within a few weeks. I told Nick about my lower back issues and he was very careful to choose exercises that I was able to do without aggravating my back. He worked on strengthening my core muscles to help prevent future flare-ups of back pain as well. He was attentive to any comments I made about feeling uncomfortable with a particular exercise given my weak back and he always had an alternative exercise to work on the same muscle group. Seeing the success I was having losing weight, I increased my workouts to twice a week. His training sessions are always changing, challenging and fun. He comes up with new exercises and routines each session. Knowing he is at the gym waiting for me, is always motivation to get me to my workout. Since working with Nick, I have dropped over 50lbs and have gone from a size 18 to a size 12 and no longer have back issues.
