The day my brother-in-law introduced me to Nick was the day my life changed. I had lost some weight before meeting with Nick but I had hit a plateau. I was only doing cardiovascular exercises for my continued weight loss but the weight wasn’t coming off anymore. Within a couple of months, Nick had me doing different exercises with and without weight, shocking my body whenever he could and in no time I lost 5 pounds, breaking that barrier. I have been with him for only four and a half months and have lost a total of 9 pounds. Not only did I lose the weight but my body has been reshaped and defined.
