SMALL GROUP FITNESS TRAINING

Human beings are typically social creatures. We enjoy the company of others and seek the camaraderie formed through experiences. Working out in groups can offer you all the social benefits and more! When you participate in one of our groups you will enjoy:

• A consistent exercise schedule
• A workout that requires no prior exercise knowledge or experience

Our small fitness groups are both social and fun. Our certified trainers design workouts that are enjoyable, yet highly effective. Working out in a group led by an instructor is incredibly efficient while also being safe. With any exercise regime it is taken for granted that some participants may quit an exercise program because of time constraints. Participating in group exercise may help overcome this obstacle.

At Forever Fit we offer consistency in scheduling with our group exercise programs so that participants can choose a time and schedule that fits into their own daily activities.

Along with our team of trainers, you can be sure that you are getting a high quality workout while not at the expense of your health and safety. If you aren’t quite sure how you should be exercising, or have any questions regarding your current health or fitness level, our trainers are here to assist and guide you. And if you are a complete beginner or have taken an extended period of time away from the gym and have no real experience designing safe and effective workouts, no problem, we can help!

At Forever Fit we typically form groups between 4-10 people. These small groups are more effective because our trainers can work with differing ability levels and therefore no one feels as if they get left behind. For this reason they are also much safer than larger groups such as “Boot-Camps” which do not cater to the personal needs of an individual.
