Turning Limited Beliefs into Unlimited Beliefs – Part 2

I don't believe that there is anything in life that I want that I can't afford.

I don't feel that there is anything in life holding me back from achieving how I want to look and develop my physique.

And I refuse to accept that there is anything in life that I can't have if I'm willing to work hard to achieve it.

Perhaps I'm a bit naive or a tad delusional, however I'm 100% confident that there is nothing in life stopping me from achieving success with my business, my body and my overall quality of life. And perhaps the reason I'm so confident in my abilities to accomplish the goals that I set, is because I understand that I am the only person responsible for the final outcome. Therefore I can't blame the economy when business is slow, and I can't blame my work if I let my diet go, nor can I blame the people I choose to surround myself with for being unhappy and/or miserable.

Turning Limited Beliefs into Unlimited Beliefs

"I can't afford that!" "I'll never look like that!" "I'll never have that!" - Sound familiar?

Why is it that so many of us put limitations on ourselves of what we can and cannot achieve with both our body and our mind? Growing up poor I knew that we couldn't afford much. Training as a natural athlete, I knew that I would never look like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Sylvestor Stallone. And working for minimum wage for the first ten years of my working life, I knew that I would never have a fancy car or elaborate mansion. But I also knew that none of those things were important to me. What was and still is important to me is to be able to afford the things I need, control the way I want to look, and obtain the things that I want to have. Therefore it was (and still is) important for me to have unlimited belief so I wouldn't set my own limitations on myself for what I could achieve.

Steroids – The Secret to Success?

I have this theory when it comes to diet and exercise. Essentially, I believe that if you train like shit, then you're going to look like shit and that if you eat like shit then you're going to feel like shit.

Pretty crazy right?

Contrary to what those 15 Minutes to Fast Abs Workouts and the If It Fits Your Macros Diet will sell.....Oops! I mean tell you, I wholeheartedly believe that if you want real long term lasting results, then you not only need to work for them, but you need to work your ass off for them. No fancy fitness app or overpriced nutritional guru or overhyped cardio class is going to produce "amazing" or "guaranteed" results for you. You have to be the one that's willing to put in the time, effort and discipline with both your training and your diet to achieve your health and fitness goals.

I know, I know, many of you already know this. However unfortunately there are many more of you that actually don't. And I can state this as a fact without hesitation simply because I work with many people online and in person on a daily basis who suffer from extremely high delusions or grandeur when it comes to getting down to business, both in the gym and in the kitchen.
