I have been working with Nick Cosgrove for over nine years.
Nick has completely changed the shape of my body. When I first started with Nick I lost about twenty pounds, which I have since regained but it is now muscle instead of fat. He is most likely the best trainer that can work with a variety of clients from those that want to do fitness shows to those that just want to look and feel better and all the others in between.
My goal with Nick is to be able to eat and drink everything I want and then leave it to him to make the best of those choices for my best possible health outcome.
A session with Nick is not complete unless it includes some laughing, some chagrining for bad choices and an full intense workout. No slacking allowed with Nick, he will never let a client get away with a lazy workout. He always has positive advice and understands that the real world is different than the inside of a gym. You will never find a better trainer. I am pleased to say that Nick has truly become a BFF.
I love group training with Nick! No matter the time of day, he motivates us to push our limits, yet enjoy the workouts. He brought new exercises to the sessions all the time. Aside from the workouts flying by, Nick made sure each of us was given personal attention. Thanks for teaching me so much! You made our workouts fun yet challenging. Nick is so knowledgeable and he’s happy to answer questions and give advice, even if it’s outside of our training sessions.
Working out with Nick over the past nine years has been an incredible experience. He helped me get fit and stay strong with great workouts geared to stay safe throughout my pregnancy and I wouldn’t have been able to drop the post pregnancy weight so easily without him. I feel stronger than ever and have tons of energy, even now that I’m chasing a toddler around!
