I have been working with Nick since August of 2018 doing strength training and on the nutrition plan and have lost 18.5lbs since! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Nick is always open to answering questions, follows up and replies to every email within a couple of hours at most. He always provides his full attention to ensure that your form is correct and explains in detail about how he structures the workout and specifies how each exercise targets specific muscle groups.
I always tell my friends and family that he has changed my life. I now look forward to morning workouts and have a better understanding of eating healthy.
Having Nick train me for my first bikini competition was one of the best decisions I’ve made yet. Through out my 16 weeks of prep Nick was nothing but supportive, patient, and motivational. His approach and views on nutrition, in addition to the attention given to his clients are truly inspirational. The nutrition plan given to me during my prep helped me understand how beneficial it is to consume wholesome foods, which post competition has given me a different outlook on day to day consumption. I went through prep without deprivation, insomnia, or isolation and enjoyed the increase in energy. I currently now have a healthier relationship with food from working with Nick.

I have been training with Nick for just under 6 months. In that time I’ve lost 25 pounds (and counting) and I don’t think I’ve been in better shape my entire life. Nick is a conscientious, knowledgeable and extremely client-focused fitness training professional. If you’re lucky enough to have private sessions with him, you’ll find that he is completely in the moment with you the entire time – every minute of the hour and every single rep.
Nick also checks in with you during the week to see how you’re doing and is completely invested in seeing you reach your fitness goals. I have never encountered such a dedicated trainer and I have him to thank for my unbelievable progress. In fact, had I stuck to his advice more consistently, I think I would be seeing even better results at this point.
